Critical Equipment Inspection Maintenance Technician

  • Education: At least a High School graduate.

  • Experience: Hands-on experience inspecting and conducting preventive maintenance on underground storage tanks (UGTs), fuel dispensers, electrical panels, and leak detection systems.

  • Certification: Must have relevant TESDA certification.

  • Skills: Computer literate; able to drive with a valid driver’s license.

  • Attributes: Reliable, committed to operational safety, and willing to work at any site location.

Electro-Mechanical Technician

  • Certification: TESDA-certified in Electrical Installation & Maintenance and Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Servicing.

  • Experience: Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems (HVAC, refrigeration, chillers, ACUs, and CCTV).

  • Skills: Competent with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments; computer literate; valid driver’s license.

Auto-Mechanic

  • Certification: Completed TESDA Automotive Servicing NC II training.

  • Experience: 1–2 years diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles (cars, trucks, or heavy vehicles).

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of engine systems, brakes, electrical systems, and transmissions.

  • Requirements: Computer literate; physically fit; available for holiday/emergency work beyond regular hours.


Construction & Safety

Safety Officer 3

  • Education: Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree.

  • Training: Completed 40-hour COSH/BOSH training + 48 hours of advanced training (Loss Control Management, Safety Program Audit, Training of Trainers, and HIRAC).

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in health and safety.

  • Skills: Excellent communication (reporting/presentations); proficient in MS Office; valid driver’s license.

  • Attributes: Flexible and willing to relocate to any area of assignment.

Construction Workers (Skilled & Laborers)

For Skilled Workers:

  • Trade Skills: Experience in carpentry, masonry, electrical work, plumbing, or related trades.

  • Certification: TESDA certification is a major plus.

  • Requirements: Physically fit for site-based conditions; willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

For Laborers:

  • Experience: General construction experience is an advantage.

  • Skills: Knowledge of basic construction tools and safety practices is a plus.

  • Requirements: Fit for fieldwork; available for overtime and deployment to any project site.


Logistics & Driving

Tanker Driver (Trailer & 10-Wheeler)

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years driving the specific vehicle type (Trailer or 10-Wheeler).

  • Education: At least a High School graduate.

  • Skills: Knowledge of road safety, defensive driving, and basic vehicle maintenance.

  • Note: Female drivers are encouraged to apply. Must have supporting documents; training allowance provided during onboarding.

Delivery Driver

  • License: Valid driver’s license for trucks.

  • Experience: Proven experience in driving delivery trucks; knowledge of construction materials is a plus.

  • Requirements: Physically fit for loading/unloading; basic vehicle maintenance knowledge; willing to work overtime/holidays.

Service Driver

  • Experience: 3 years of driving experience with a clean record and valid Professional license.

  • Skills: Familiar with various area routes and road safety regulations.

  • Attributes: Neat appearance, courteous attitude, and in good health.


Operations & Coordination

Journey Controller

  • Education: At least a Vocational graduate.

  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.

  • Abilities: Strong analytical and coordination skills; customer-service oriented.

  • Schedule: Can adapt to 24/7 operations and shifting schedules (including holidays).

  • Location: Preference for candidates residing in Libjo, Batangas, or nearby areas.
