Project Engineer

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• With Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) & building technology certificate is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in reading construction plans
• Familiar with Auto-CAD, STAAD and MS Project
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Accounting Associate

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any Accounting related course
• At least with 3 months’ experience in Accounting works
• Proficient in MS Excel, pivot table and VLookUp
• With good verbal communication skills

Recruitment Associate

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent
• At least with 2 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Good interpersonal and time management skills
• Can work effectively in diverse team
• Persistent, flexible, result-oriented and can work with minimal supervision
• Proficient in MS Office
• Can work under extreme pressure

Building Administration

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Business Administration/Engineering or equivalent
• With at least 2 years of experience as Building Admin including exposure in security, housekeeping, admin, communication with contractors and all facets
• Ability to effectively manage high volume administrative tasks, data entry and high accuracy.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), and able to build strong interpersonal relationships with employees and partners.
• Strong analytical with high-attention to details, organizational skills and possess a good leadership style.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook tools, Excel and basic reporting tools

• Proven work experience in handling maintenance facility

Delivery Driver

• At least high school graduate
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Delivery Driver
• Must have Professional Driver’s License with restriction code C or 3

Electrician

• Must have TESDA NCII in Electrical Installation and Maintenance
• At least with 2 years’ experience in construction or maintenance specifically in electrical wiring

• Candidate must possess at least a high school diploma
• Possess a minimum of three years’ experience driving trailer trucks
• Must have restriction code 8 or CE driver’s license
• With good moral character

• Safety oriented. Able to drive calmly rather than recklessly
• High level of composure and good stress management
• Ready to put in to 37 days of training

10 Wheeler Driver

• Candidate must possess at least a high school diploma
• Minimum of 3 years driving work experience in driving straight trucks
• Must have restriction code 3 or C driver’s license
• With good moral character
• Acquainted with several regions of North Luzon
• Safety oriented. Able to drive calmly rather than recklessly
• High Level of composure and good stress management
• Ready to put in to 37 days of training

Mechanic

• With TESDA NCII Certificate in Automotive Servicing or an Industrial Technology Graduate is required
• With one to two years of expertise in engine maintenance and overhaul
• Preferably with Professional Driver’s License
• Knowledgeable in auto electric fault, dashboard errors and basic mechanical diagrams
• Able to read and understand safety and equipment operation instructions
• With good moral character
• In good physical condition
• Able to be stationed in Bulacan or Batangas

Helper Mechanic

• With TESDA NCII Certificate in Automotive Servicing or an Industrial Technology Graduate is required
• A minimum of six months of fundamental mechanics experience
• Familiar with basic mechanics diagrams
• Knowledgeable in auto electric fault, dashboard errors and basic mechanical diagrams
• With good moral character
• In good physical condition
• Able to be stationed in Bulacan or Batangas

Lady Driver

• Candidate must possess at least a high school diploma
• With Professional Driver’s License
• With experience driving 4 wheels
• Familiar in different areas of Metro Manila or nearby province
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service
• With strong interpersonal ability
• Centered on safety. Able to drive with caution rather than rashly
• Able to work in flexible hours including weekends and holiday and shifting schedule

• Candidate must possess at least a high school diploma
• Requires an up-to-date NCII Certification in Rigging
• With 1 to 2 years experienced in Operation
• Knowledgeable in Rigging, Lifting Plan and Crane Operation
• Can read and interpret Equipment Operation and Safety
• Able to relocate to all Project Sites if Necessary

GPS Analyst

• At least 2-year Vocational Course graduate
• Good knowledge in accessing Google Maps & GPS Global Positioning
• Proficient in MS Office and email communication
• Competent in creating reports and document filing
• Good analytical & coordination skills are essential
• Can adapt to 24/7 operation needs
• Amenable to work during holidays
• Willing to work at Guiguinto Bulacan
